📦 Refund & Return Policy – YourBallad

At YourBallad, we want you to shop with confidence. We work hard to make sure every order arrives safely and as expected. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to make things right.

We’ll always aim to provide a replacement first. If we’re unable to replace the item (for example, if it’s out of stock), we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.


✅ When You Can Request a Replacement or Refund

1. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos or a video showing the damage
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

We’ll send you a free replacement or, if unavailable, issue a full refund.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items
If the item you received is not what you ordered (wrong product, size, or colour), or an item is missing from your order:

  • Please report it within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item(s) received and the packaging

We’ll send the correct item or refund you if we cannot ship a replacement.


3. Orders That Don’t Arrive
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, and tracking information does not show it as delivered, you may request a:

  • Free replacement
  • Or a full refund if the item is unavailable

4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is in preparation or on its way, cancellations are no longer possible.


🔒 Protection & Proof – What You’ll Need to Provide

To protect both you and us from misuse or fraud, we ask that you provide:

  • Photos or videos of any product issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Please email all information to info@yourballad.com and we’ll respond within 24–48 hours.


❌ When We Cannot Offer Refunds or Replacements

We do not offer refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • Tracking shows the order was delivered
  • The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete
  • The package was unclaimed and returned.
  • You report a problem more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • The issue is caused by misuse, accident, or wear and tear

💷 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a store credit, which may be processed faster.


🕒 Warranty

All items include a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Faulty or broken items
  • Manufacturing defects

We are not able to process refunds or replacements after this 30-day period unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to make the final decision on refunds, replacements, or returns to ensure fair treatment for all customers and protect our business from fraud or abuse.
