A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located across the UK. If you order more than one item, your products may arrive separately, as different facilities specialise in different types of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?
A. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. During peak times, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
